SIFE is an international not for profit organization that offers a platform for motivated students to venture into social enterprise. Working with leaders in business and higher education, SIFE mobilizes university students to make a difference in their communities while developing their skills to become socially responsible business leaders.

We are the Oxford University SIFE team, giving you the opportunity to make a difference where it really matters. Aiming to solve real world challenges by applying concepts learnt in classrooms, you would be working alongside likeminded individuals who cannot rest until change is brought about. You would be part of a team that doesn’t wait for change to happen but becomes the change itself that people always waited for! In this adrenalin filled journey, SIFE would provide support and guidance while nurturing your leadership, communication and team skills.

The culmination of the SIFE program is an annual series of competitions that provide a forum for teams to present the results of their projects, and to be evaluated by business leaders serving as judges. Teams compete first at the regional and national levels, then at the international level when the national champion teams from each country meet at the SIFE World Cup. When all is said and done, you’d have the edge, both as a graduate aspiring to be part of a world-class company, and as an entrepreneur waiting to revolutionize the marketplace!
