Age: 22

Occupation: Internet Entrepreneur.

David is Co-Founder and CEO of ClickUni Ltd, a funded Web start-up based at the Oxford Centre for Innovation. It’s one of the Oxford Entrepreneurs Start-A-Company scheme’s biggest success stories and along with his Co-Founder, Andy Young, VP, Oxford Entrepreneurs, they have successfully launched two websites for students:

www.groupspaces.com – The place for clubs and societies

GroupSpaces aims to make it easier for people to discover, share and promote their passions in life. We do this by providing free web-based tools for clubs, societies, charities and other organisations.
Our philosophy for universities is simple. We want to help students easily find out what’s going on so they can make the most of all opportunities university life offers. We have a policy of total inclusiveness – our goal is to list everything happening on and around campus so anyone can find out about it.

www.clickuni.com – The Homepage for Students

ClickUni.com is a personalisable start page created specifically for university students that allows you to:

  • Easily search Google, Facebook, Wikipedia and more from one simple search box
  • Access your Facebook and e-mail accounts without having to log in every time
  • See the upcoming news and events from the GroupSpaces network at your university

By integrating strongly with Facebook and GroupSpaces, ClickUni.com provides the best homepage experience for students.
